The Trafimet Ergoplus 24 MIG Gun (Air-Cooled) is designed to deliver reliable welding performance with improved operator comfort and control. Built for fabrication workshops and industrial environments, the Ergoplus series combines ergonomic design with durable construction to maximise welding efficiency and reduce operator fatigue.

The updated ERGOPLUS design focuses on the natural grip and positioning of the welder’s hand. The handle features a two-component construction made from durable plastic and rubber, providing both strength and comfort. Rubber-textured sections are positioned on the top and underside of the handle where the hand naturally rests, allowing for precise torch control during welding.

The handle shape follows the natural triangular positioning of the human hand, ensuring a balanced and comfortable grip during extended welding sessions. This ergonomic design helps reduce hand strain and allows welders to maintain consistent torch positioning for improved weld quality.

Performance enhancements have also been made to improve durability and welding performance. The torch features a sealed micro-switch with IP67 protection, ensuring reliable operation even in demanding workshop conditions. A flexible EPDM connector improves durability and cable flexibility, allowing smoother torch movement while welding.

The torch head design helps maintain lower operating temperatures, which can extend consumable life and improve overall reliability. A detachable pistol grip handle is included as standard, allowing welders to customise the torch for improved control in different welding positions.

For convenience and easy servicing, spare parts are compatible with Binzel-style MIG consumables, making replacement parts readily available.
