The Trafimet Ergoplus 25 MIG Gun (Air-Cooled) is designed to deliver dependable welding performance while maximising operator comfort and control. Built for fabrication workshops and industrial environments, the Ergoplus series combines advanced ergonomics with durable construction to improve welding efficiency and reduce operator fatigue.

The updated ERGOPLUS design focuses on the natural grip and positioning of the welder’s hand. The handle features a two-component construction made from durable plastic and rubber, providing both strength and comfort. Rubber-textured sections are positioned on the top and underside of the handle where the hand naturally rests, allowing precise torch control during welding.

The handle shape follows the natural triangular positioning of the human hand, helping welders maintain a comfortable and balanced grip throughout extended welding sessions. This ergonomic design helps reduce strain while allowing consistent torch positioning for improved weld quality.

The torch also incorporates several design improvements to enhance performance and durability. A sealed micro-switch with IP67 protection ensures reliable switching performance in demanding workshop environments. The flexible EPDM connector provides increased durability while improving cable flexibility for smoother torch movement.

The torch head design helps maintain lower operating temperatures, which can extend consumable life and reduce overall maintenance costs. A detachable pistol grip handle is included as standard, allowing welders to customise the torch setup for improved comfort and control in different welding positions.

For added convenience, spare parts are compatible with Binzel-style MIG consumables, making replacement parts easy to source and widely available.
