Cigweld Satincrome 308L-17 Welding Electrodes

Satincrome 308L-17 is a smooth-running, rutile type stainless steel electrode manufactured by Cigweld for the all positional (except vertical-down) fillet and butt welding of 19Cr/10Ni type stainless steels.

Engineered for excellent operator appeal, this electrode features a high AC arc stability, sound radiographic quality, smooth arc transfer, and low spatter levels. It delivers exceptional bead shape and contour for clean, professional results in every weld. The advanced moisture-resistant (MR) flux coating enhances resistance to porosity at the start of the weld, while the improved slag lift ensures ease of use across all welding positions.

Satincrome 308L-17 is ideal for welding stainless steel grades such as 201, 202, 301, 302, 303, 304, 304L, 305, and 308, making it a versatile solution for fabrication, maintenance, and repair applications in structural and industrial settings.
