The Master Lock No. 485 Rotating Gate Valve Lockout Device Set offers a complete solution for securing a wide range of gate valve sizes, providing protection against accidental valve opening during maintenance or repair. This set includes five lockout devices—models 480, 481, 482, 483, and 484—covering valve handles from 1in (25mm) to 13in (330mm) in diameter. Each device features a patented rotating design that allows for quick and easy installation, even in confined spaces, and enables the lockouts to nest into one another for efficient storage. Constructed from tough, lightweight, dielectric Zenex™ thermoplastic, the devices are resistant to chemicals and perform effectively in extreme conditions. The center knockout can be removed to accommodate rising stem gate valves, and multiple workers can apply their personal safety padlocks for group lockout.
