Cigweld WeldSkill Harda 3.2mm Electrode – 10pk
The Cigweld WeldSkill Harda 3.2mm 10pk Electrode is designed for hard surfacing applications, providing durable performance on steel components exposed to hard particle abrasion and low to moderate impact loading. Its air-hardening, low alloy steel deposit creates a crack-free, martensitic steel surface (650 HV30) that maintains integrity even when applied to components subject to flexing and movement.
With a basic flux coating, the electrode ensures excellent resistance to contaminants like rust, mill scale, dirt, and oil, making it suitable for challenging welding conditions. Typical applications include agricultural equipment (such as points, shares, and tynes), grader and dozer blades, conveyor screws, and post-hole augers.
The Cigweld WeldSkill Harda electrode is certified under AS/NZS 2576: 1855-A4 and W.T.I.A. Tech Note 4: 1855-A4, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
