The Cigweld Verticor 81Ni1 H4 MIG Wire 15kg is a premium E81T1-Ni1 H4 higher strength rutile type seamless flux cored wire engineered for the all-positional welding of medium to high strength steels. Designed with next-generation laser welded seamless technology, this wire delivers superior impact toughness, ultra-low hydrogen performance and outstanding feed consistency in demanding fabrication environments.

Verticor 81Ni1 H4 produces a low alloy weld deposit with approximately 1% Nickel, achieving tensile strength in the 550 MPa class.

Typical all-weld metal mechanical properties using Argon + 18–25% CO₂ shielding gas include:

• Tensile Strength: 600 MPa
• Elongation: 22%

Seamless, Low Hydrogen (H4) Technology
