The 3M Versaflo M-407 Flip-Up Shield & Safety Helmet with Heavy-Duty Adflo PAPR delivers premium, long-duration protection for high-demand work environments.
The M-407 features a high-impact safety helmet with a flip-up clear visor, combining durable protection with superior optical clarity and peripheral vision. The lens is scratch and chemical-resistant, ensuring it performs well even in harsh conditions.
When paired with the heavy-duty Adflo powered air purifying respirator, this system provides up to 12 hours of continuous protection with a Required Minimum Protection Factor (RMPF) of 50. The new lithium-ion battery is 40% lighter and includes a rapid charge function, reaching 80% capacity in just one hour.
With two adjustable airflow settings (170 or 200 litres per minute), users can customise their comfort level with the push of a button. The flame-resistant shroud offers extended coverage to the head, shoulders, and neck, while maintaining positive pressure inside the headtop.
Ideal for applications such as woodworking, metalworking, coating, grain handling, grinding, and cleaning, this system complies with the highest Australian and New Zealand safety standards for respiratory, head, and face protection.
