The Cigweld Satincor XP MIG Wire 15kg is a smooth running rutile type flux cored wire designed for high-speed fillet and butt welding of mild and medium strength steels. Classified as E70T-1H8 (AWS A5.20) and compliant with ISO AS/NZS 17632 B T 49 2 T1 0 C A H10, Satin-Cor XP delivers reliable mechanical performance, excellent operator appeal and superior downhand productivity.

Engineered for structural steel fabrication, this wire is particularly recommended for downhand fillet welding of structural steels 6mm thickness and heavier.

Satin-Cor XP is formulated for use with welding grade CO₂ shielding gas, with the 1.6mm diameter also suitable for Argon + 18–25% CO₂ mixtures.
