The Pferd POLIVLIES Flap Disc PVL-R is the world’s first and only flap disc featuring radial flaps on both grinding sides and along the radius, making it ideal for high-precision work on fillet welds. With its patented CURVE design, it allows access to hard-to-reach areas, offering unmatched control and surface finish quality.

Engineered for general coarse to fine grinding, the PVL-R disc excels in deburring, roughening, fine grinding, structuring, and weld seam finishing. The flexible design adapts to contours effortlessly, while the aluminium oxide abrasive steadily releases new sharp grit to ensure a consistently high surface quality throughout the tool’s life.
