Built with Fronius’ advanced digital welding-process control, the TransSteel 2700 delivers stable arc performance, reliable wire feeding and consistent weld quality.
The system is designed for quick and simple operation. In just three steps – select the wire type, wire diameter and shielding gas – the machine is ready to weld, allowing operators to start work quickly with minimal setup time. Switching between welding processes can also be completed in approximately 60 seconds, making the system highly adaptable to different welding tasks.
The TransSteel 2700 Compact features synergic welding programs that automatically optimise welding parameters based on the selected settings. This helps ensure consistent weld quality while simplifying operation for both experienced welders and those new to the equipment.
A 4-roller wire drive system ensures smooth and reliable wire feeding, while the front panel includes convenient gas purge and wire feed controls for easy setup and maintenance.
The machine also offers flexible power options with a quick-change supply cable, allowing it to operate on either single-phase or three-phase power.
