The Sumner Flanger Spreader is a compact yet powerful tool designed for safe and efficient flange splitting across a range of industrial applications. It features a hardened wedge for reliable separation, ensuring safe operations. The large feed screw allows for smooth and controlled spreading, driven with either a 25.4 mm (1-3/8″) wrench or a 12.7 mm (1/2″) bar for added versatility. With four models available, it supports flange ranges from 25 mm to 600 mm (1″ to 23 5/8″) and can handle flanges weighing from 68 kg to 680 kg (150 to 1,500 lbs).

- 784000: 162 mm (6 3/8″) spread, 25 mm (1″) pin diameter
- 784001: 127 mm (5″) spread, 22 mm (7/8″) pin diameter
- 784002: 101 mm (4″) spread, 19 mm (3/4″) pin diameter
- 784003: 76 mm (3″) spread, 16 mm (5/8″) pin diameter
