The CIGWELD WeldSkill 180 AC/DC is a lightweight and versatile TIG welding inverter, designed for both beginner and professional welders. Weighing only 12kg, this compact unit is easily manoeuvrable around the workshop and plugs into a standard 10 Amp power outlet, making it extremely portable and flexible for a variety of light to medium welding tasks. Its robust design and IP23S rating ensure reliable indoor or outdoor operation, whether you’re working on mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminium.
The WeldSkill 180 AC/DC offers a range of customizable settings to optimize your welding performance. It comes equipped with High Frequency (HF) Start, Up/Down Slope, Pre/Post Gas Flow, 2T/4T Trigger Control, Spot Mode, and Gas Purge for TIG welding. The Pulse Mode allows you to refine settings like Frequency, Width, and Peak Current, while AC mode provides precise control over Frequency and Wave Balance for smooth aluminium welds. Additionally, the Stick (MMA) mode includes VRD, Anti-Stick, and Hot Start, and can handle electrodes up to 3.2mm in diameter.
