The Cigweld Transmig 500HD is a heavy-duty 3-phase multiprocess welding inverter designed for high-demand industrial welding applications. Delivering up to 500 Amps at 80% duty cycle, the Transmig 500HD provides outstanding performance across MIG, STICK, TIG DC Lift and Gouging processes.

Built for serious fabrication environments, the Transmig 500HD combines powerful inverter performance with advanced welding controls, industrial durability and excellent arc characteristics. Designed, developed and tested in Australia, this machine is ideal for heavy fabrication, mining, oil & gas, civil construction, shipbuilding, structural steel and industrial maintenance applications.

Available in both Air-Cooled and Water-Cooled package configurations, the Transmig 500HD includes the robust Transfeed 4R HD Wirefeeder, heavy-duty trolley system, 10m interconnection leads and Tweco Trade MIG gun for a complete industrial welding setup.
