These COMET™ FBA’s are designed to prevent flashback flame and reverse flowing gases inside the regulator or torch from burning or mixing in the hose and gas supply system.
Provides protection against flashbacks, backfires and sustained backfires.
Kit contains 208516 – FBA COMET Reg Mount OXY and 208517 – FBA COMET Reg Mount FUEL.
- Non-Return Valve prevents reverse flow of gases.
- Stainless Steel Flame Arrestor extinguishes any returning flame.
- Gas flow will be shut-off if arrestor becomes overheated.
- Dust Filter protects the gas non-return valve against contamination
- AS 4603; ISO 5175-1; UL 1357 compliant
