The Binzel Gas Flowmeter is a cost-effective solution designed to accurately measure gas flow rates and prevent waste in your welding shop. By regularly checking each welder and gas flow regulator, you can maintain optimal gas usage, leading to substantial savings over time. How to Use:
- Disconnect the wire feed drive roll.
- Point the weld gun upwards and place the Gas Flowmeter against the end of the gun nozzle.
- Depress the trigger to allow gas to flow through the gun.
- Observe the stainless steel ball in the acrylic tube. Gas flow rate can be read directly from the printed scale, which is calibrated for Argon, CO2, and Nitrogen (in LTR/MIN and CFH).
