ArcSafe Arc Shield – Kit 1

The ArcSafe® Elvex 14cal/cm² Arc Shield Kit 1 is designed to deliver reliable protection for electrical professionals working in arc flash hazard environments. This kit includes a high-performance FS20ARC10 face shield and a visor holder for easy attachment to various safety cap styles.

The FS20ARC10 face shield is molded from a proprietary polycarbonate material that incorporates special absorbers, providing maximum thermal protection and durability. With dimensions of 250mm x 470mm x 2mm, it offers full wraparound coverage, including an integrated chin guard to ensure comprehensive face protection. The light green tint optimizes visible light transmission (VLT) and color visibility while maintaining a high protection value (ATPV) of 14cal/cm², suitable for NFPA 70E PPE Category 1 & 2 applications.

All ArcSafe® Elvex shields are tested and certified at Kinectrics High Current Laboratory for superior performance. The shield also features a standard anti-fog coating on both sides, ensuring clear vision in challenging working conditions.
