The Arcmaster XC90F Predator Welding Helmet is CIGWELD’s flagship flip-front helmet — engineered for welders who demand intelligent technology, enhanced visibility, and premium protection.

With its panoramic Ultra View ADF (118 x 83mm) and extra-large clear grinding visor (240 x 120mm), the Predator offers an expansive view of your work. Passive shade 5 side windows enhance peripheral vision, and optional covers allow welders to tailor their view for each application.

At the core is OptiShade™ Technology — a smart 5th sensor that automatically adjusts the variable shade (4–8 / 9–14) depending on light conditions. Combine that with Gradual Mode, which softly transitions from dark to light, and you’ll experience dramatically reduced eye fatigue even during long weld cycles.

With 9 programmable memory profiles, digital controls, and fast 0.1 ms switching, the XC90F Predator gives you precision control and seamless workflow across MIG, TIG, Stick, and grinding tasks. A Bluelight lens improves contrast and visibility, while a soft nod-down flip action makes it easy to transition from prep to weld and back.

Built for comfort, this helmet features an ergonomic 5-point harness, a balanced shell, and weighs just 780g. It’s rated to ISO 16321-2:2021, AS/NZS 1337.1, and 1338.1, providing full optical and high-impact protection.
