The Speedglas 9100XXi MP Air Welding Helmet with Adflo Powered Air Purifying Respirator is the ultimate all-in-one solution for professional welders. Built in Sweden to the highest standards, this helmet provides outstanding protection for the head, eyes, face, and respiratory system – with the added option of integrated hearing protection.

Featuring the True-View auto-darkening lens, the 9100XXi offers exceptional visibility with natural colour and contrast, allowing welders to clearly see their surroundings, weld puddle, and workpiece. With SideWindows (Shade 5), peripheral hazards are now visible without compromising protection.

The flip-up mechanism reveals a massive 170×100 mm clear visor for grinding, setting up, and inspecting – all while maintaining a positive pressure seal thanks to the Adflo PAPR system. Welders can seamlessly switch between tasks without removing the helmet.

The helmet’s built-in safety helmet (AS/NZS1801 compliant) ensures complete head protection, and is compatible with optional Class 4 Peltor earmuffs (SLC80 25dB, AS/NZS1270 compliant) for noise reduction.

The Adflo PAPR provides a Required Minimum Protection Factor (RMPF) of 50, delivering constant clean air with adjustable airflow (170 or 200 L/min). The lightweight Li-ion battery charges to 80% in around 1 hour and provides up to 8–12 hours of runtime depending on the battery selected.
