The Cigweld Verticor 3XP H4 MIG Wire 15kg is a next-generation E71T-12M H4 seamless rutile flux cored wire engineered for structural steel welding where low hydrogen performance and consistent arc stability are critical. Designed for use with Argon + 18–25% CO₂ shielding gas, Verticor 3XP H4 delivers smooth arc transfer, ultra-low spatter and excellent weld bead appearance in all major welding positions.

Unlike conventional flux cored wires, Verticor 3XP H4 features advanced seamless laser-welded construction. This technology significantly reduces moisture absorption in humid environments and helps maintain its very low hydrogen classification, even after exposure to workshop conditions.

Low Hydrogen H4 Classification

Verticor 3XP H4 is classified to AWS/ASME-SFA A5.20: E71T-12M H4, offering very low diffusible hydrogen levels (typically around 2.2ml per 100g of weld metal). This makes it an excellent choice for applications where resistance to hydrogen induced cold cracking is essential.
