This lockout device surrounds the valve handle, protecting it from unintended operation. The unique patented rotating design makes installation quick and easy, even in confined spaces, and allows the device to nest into itself for compact storage. Made from tough Zenex™ thermoplastic, the device is lightweight, dielectric, and resistant to chemicals, ensuring long-lasting durability in harsh environments. The center knockout can be removed to accommodate rising stem gate valves, and multiple workers can apply their personal safety padlocks for group lockout. The device comes with high-visibility, write-on safety labels in English, French, and Spanish, allowing users to identify the responsible person.
