The PFERD POLIFAN CO-FREEZE SG INOX Flap Disc is a premium ceramic flap disc specifically engineered for ultra-cool grinding on stainless steel and heat-sensitive alloys. Designed as part of the high-performance Performance Line SG range, these flap discs deliver aggressive stock removal, outstanding tool life, and reduced heat generation for superior grinding results.
Featuring advanced CO-FREEZE ceramic oxide grain technology with an active grinding and cooling coating, the disc significantly reduces heat build-up and minimises heat discolouration on stainless steel surfaces. Even under demanding grinding conditions, the innovative FREEZE coating helps eliminate the need for additional rework caused by overheating or burn marks.
