This combo pack includes two Grip Tight™ lockout devices: the 491B, designed for wide or tall breaker toggles typically found on high-voltage or high-amperage breakers, and the 493B, perfect for standard height and tie-bar toggles found on 120 and 240 volt breakers. Featuring the patented Grip Tight™ technology, these devices lock circuit breakers securely with a simple thumb turn and clamping handle.
