The ESAB Revenge ET 230iP AC/DC is a high-performance, professional-grade TIG welder engineered for precision, control, and versatility across aluminium, stainless steel, and carbon steel. Equipped with an intuitive 5-inch colour display, the ET 230iP AC/DC makes setup easy with graphical navigation and customisable AC/DC waveforms. The machine supports multiple TIG and MMA welding modes, including advanced AC TIG with selectable waveforms (square, soft square, sinusoidal, triangle) and TIG pulse up to 200 Hz for fine control over heat input and weld pool behaviour.

The dual-current mode enables seamless switching between two output current levels — ideal for controlling bead size and heat-affected zones in complex welds. It also features built-in PFC (Power Factor Correction), maintaining a stable arc even with up to 100 m of input cable, and making it generator-compatible.

For water-cooled TIG applications, the Revenge ET 230iP is available with the new CoolMini 3 cooler and the premium Exeor TIG Torch, offering greater cooling efficiency without the bulk. Modular trolley and remote options further enhance portability and usability.
