The Cigweld BlueVenom PulseMate is a powerful Single and Double Pulse MIG pendant designed to unlock advanced pulse welding functionality on the BlueVenom XF252, XF353, and 4R-ROVER wire feeder systems. Equipped with an 8m lead and simple plug-and-play setup, the PulseMate transforms compatible BlueVenom systems into professional pulse MIG welding packages capable of producing smooth, TIG-like weld finishes.

Designed, developed and tested in Australia, the PulseMate features Cigweld’s intuitive SimplePulse™ MIG system, allowing users to quickly configure Single and Double Pulse welding settings with easy step-by-step controls. The system also includes a magnetic MAG-STAND holder for convenient hands-free positioning directly beside the work area.

The PulseMate kit is supplied with aluminium welding accessories including nylon liners, contact tips and U-groove feed rolls, making it ideal for aluminium fabrication and pulse MIG applications.
