Operating on a 230V single-phase input, the Treostar 2000 Pulse offers a current range of 10–200A in MIG/MAG mode, with an impressive duty cycle of 115A at 60% and 100A at 100%. It features CEA’s renowned vision.ARC, vision.PULSE, and Dual.PULSE technologies, providing precise arc stability, reduced heat input, and superior weld appearance with minimal spatter. These enhancements result in reduced post-weld cleanup, excellent puddle control, and the ability to produce TIG-like finishes even in demanding conditions.

Thanks to its lightweight (16kg), ergonomic design, and rugged build, this system is ideal for mobile welding professionals. A professional wire feed system with 37mm rolls and tool-free double-groove roll replacement ensures smooth, consistent wire feeding. Synergic program selection, digital parameter adjustment, and built-in polarity changeover all contribute to a user-friendly interface and efficient setup.
