CEA MIG QUBOX 4005 Pulse Premium Package

The CEA MIG QUBOX 4005 Pulse Premium Package is a high-performance, synergic inverter MIG system designed for precision, productivity, and reliability in heavy industrial applications. Built with advanced digital control, pulsed welding capability, and modular expandability, this package is ideal for complex fabrication, structural steel, shipbuilding, and large-scale manufacturing environments.

At the heart of this package is the QUBOX Modular Pulse 4005 power source, a three-phase, 400V unit with a current range of 10–400A. It boasts excellent duty cycles of 350A at 100% and 400A at 60%, with a strong efficiency rating of 0.88 and power factor up to 0.99—ensuring stable arc performance and energy efficiency even in the most demanding production cycles. The open circuit voltage is 62V, making it highly effective for stable arc starts and long welding runs.

The Premium version is equipped with exclusive CEA welding processes including:

• vision.PULSE – delivering controlled pulsed arc for reduced heat input and distortion

• vision.ARC – real-time microprocessor arc management for stability and precision

• vision.COLD, vision.ULTRASPEED, and vision.POWER – specialty processes for tailored performance

• Optional vision.PIPE (on demand)

Paired with the QF 7 W Pro Drive wire feeder, this system features a 4-roll wire drive with quick-change double-groove rollers and a built-in LED-lit spool bay. This unit supports 300mm wire spools and offers smooth, precise wire feeding. Additional enhancements include Fast Start Control (FSC) for clean arc ignition, Special 4-Stroke functionality for time-saving weld starts, and built-in I/O for seamless automation integration.

This robust package is mounted on a CEA CT 70 Trolley and includes a 10m water-cooled interconnecting cable, wire feeder wheel kit, MB36 MIG torch, argon regulator, earth lead, and a 32amp 4-pin 3-phase plug—everything needed for plug-and-weld industrial deployment.
