The 3M™ Welding Respirator Kit 7528 (GP2) offers convenient and effective protection for welding and related activities. This kit includes the 3M™ Half Face Respirator 7500 Series, featuring a special Cool Flow™ valve and soft silicone material, making it ideal for use in hot and humid conditions or during prolonged use. To maintain hygiene and prevent moisture exposure, store the respirator in the included handy, sealable storage container.

Common Applications/Hazards: Provides protection during welding, soldering, brazing, grinding, polishing, drilling, metal pouring, or machining.
Protection Factors: This filtering respirator should not be used for airborne concentrations of contaminants above the relevant Immediately Dangerous to Life or Health (IDLH) levels. When used with a 3M 7500 Half Face Respirator, it offers protection for:
- Particles in airborne concentrations up to 10 times the Workplace Exposure Standard (WES)
- Organic compounds with low vapour pressures (<1.3 Pa @ 25°C) in concentrations up to 10 x WES
- Ozone up to 10 x WES
- Relief from acid gases and organic vapours at levels below the WES
