Damaged or Faulty Goods:
If you consider that the product supplied by Days Industrial is defective, you can lodge a claim under this Warranty and any apparent fault, except for calibration, can be assessed by Days Industrial within the Warranty Period covered for the product purchased by you provided that you meet the following conditions;
Days Industrial provides this Warranty in addition to all other rights and remedies that you may have under law in relation to the products to which this Warranty relates.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
To the extent permitted by law, all other warranties whether implied or otherwise, not set out in these conditions of Warranty are excluded and Days Industrial is not liable in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise to compensate the customer for:
